We are sure that many people really enjoy what they do: they simply feel born to do something. Then everything becomes easier, because you want to do something really well - and you have fun doing it, which is then transmitted to other people.

It is in this spirit that the two of us, Erika and Siegfried Palle, have built up the Brennseehof to become a holiday home for children, sportsmen and women and families in Southern Carinthia - always with the motto in mind: "Better two steps forward than one step backwards." We are looking forward already to having you as our guests. Over and above this we also try, as responsible employers to our staff and suppliers, to provide stimulus for the community, region and state.

Next generation
Perhaps all three of our children have also been born as hosts and hostesses. Erland, our oldest, has just graduated in Tourism. Since then he has been gaining international experience at top-notch hotels around the globe. Our daughter Anna is in her final year in Tourism Management at the Higher State College of Education.  She has returned from her two work placements in Europe with perfect Italian and English, but now, as before, her real passion is music and dance. Little Tomi, our youngster, has the best life of us all: play, sport and friends. After all, he has grown up at the Brennseehof ...

Our large host family
The secret of our success at the Brennseehof cannot be put down to the Palle family alone - we are part of a committed and professional team, in which each individual has joint responsibility and is thus a member of the large host family.

The ongoing exchange of information and the quality standards defined by these associations are of value to our guests and also to us.
