Cancellation & change possible
If your children don't fancy the course they have chosen - that's no problem at all on the first day. They can either swap over to a different course or alternatively drop it completely (15.00 EUR cancellation charge).

Sailing
Children, who can swim and are older than 6 years old, can head out onto the lake with our sailing coaches. Everything is possible - from taster sessions to the International Basic Certificate - even on catamarans. The Brennsee is also one of the Carinthian lakes with the highest likelihood of wind. Our sports school has everything your child needs in the way of clothing and safety equipment from the very start. And your child can also practise free of charge outside of the fixed training sessions.
There are no motor boats permitted on the Brennsee lake. Sailing - and also windsurfing, kayaking and swimming - is therefore a veritable pleasure on the Brennsee.
Courses
Everyone on board? This is how we turn land rats into captains of the fleet: no sooner has the group gone on board an Optimist than they cast off and head on out to the lake. That's where the fun really starts.
A taster session is free of charge. We have put together a log book with everything your child will need to know about everything windward and leeward. We also offer a 15-hour week-long course so that your child can head home with either a Sailing Junior or Basic Certificate. Every course ends with a regatta race and treasure hunt.

Windsurfing
The Brennsee lake is an ideal windsurfing location thanks to its constant and safe wind conditions. Newcomers will feel at home here, as will more advanced windsurfers and returners.
We also have boards with smaller rigs for children, so that they can handle the boards more easily from the start, guaranteeing a great start to windsurfing. Wetsuits, lifejackets and other equipment are all available in every size. And anyone who sticks at it for a week, can complete the Basic Certificate in only one week (20.00 EUR payment).

Special training
We would also be pleased to organise individual special training courses for advanced athletes, regatta training or even private lessons.
Kayaks
Gliding silently and quietly across the water - kayaking always looks much easier that it actually is. We will demonstrate the key steps and indispensable safety hints in our basic course for children over the age of 11. The course ends with a lively fun regatta on the lake. Courses can be organised at any time by arrangement (19.00 euros/person).
Beach volleyball
Fun, sport and action outdoors - beach volleyball combines this perfectly and is a massive hit with children. Our childcare helpers and sports coaches will be happy to act as referees or coaches at a match. There is also a street area right next door to the beach volleyball court - ideal for inline-skating and skate boarding, but also for a football or street ball match..
