Reservation
A binding reservation can only take place following the transfer of a deposit of Euro 110 (Sfr 190) per person. For families with children, we request a set-rate deposit of Euro 365 (Sfr 625) per family.
Please see our bank details in the
column on the right. It is possible to make your deposit by means of your credit card number! Please make payment immediately after booking.
We offer you an especially reasonably priced insurance for travel cancellation or interruption. The premiums: Euro 25 per person/week and Euro 17 for each further week booked. Euro 55 for families with children/week and Euro 40 for each further week booked. If you desire insurance, the amount will be automatically booked from your deposit – and a carefree holiday awaits you!
Cancellation
If the stay is cancelled six weeks before the start of your holiday, we reimburse your deposit. Thereafter the deposit remains in our hands. If the stay is cancelled four weeks before the start of your holiday, we are obliged to invoice you for 50% of the price of the stay. For late arrival or premature departure, the room price will be calculated without meals. |

Hotel bill payment
The bill can be paid in cash, whereby
the daily bank-exchange rates are
valid for all currencies. We recommend payment per Eurocheque or Bankomat card. We also accept VISA and EURO/MASTERCARD credit cards.
Arrival and departure
For organisational reasons, rooms
cannot be occupied before 3pm. We request you vacate the room by 11am at the latest on the day of departure. We thank you for your understanding.
Meals
No reduction is given for meals not
consumed (e.g. lunch, cakes.)
Dogs
We charge Euro 10,- per day for dogs (without feeding). Dogs are not allowed from 12.7. - 23.8.
Internet
Free-of-charge W-Lan for guest laptops, Internet station
in the hotel for a small fee.
