The starting point for the tour is Feld am See. Cycle along a little-used asphalt road on the eastern shore of Lake Feldsee to the end of the lake. Then take a technically demanding forest trail above Lake Afritzer See to the end of the lake. The return route runs directly alongside the lake via Erlach back to the starting point in Feld am See.

Take a detour to the Alpine Wildlife Park and enjoy the warm swimming lakes and the water sports facilities on Lake Feldsee.

This 23 km tour starts from the charming little town of Feld am See and leads alongside a stream and small waterfalls into the Feldpannalm, from where you cross the “Maibrunn” mountain knoll and cycle to Bad Kleinkirchheim mainly on well secured gravel paths. From there you will head back via the climatic spa Obertweng towards Feld am See. Enjoy Alpine Wellness in the Bad Kleinkirchheimer thermal spas or finish off your day’s cycling in the wonderfully warm Lake Brennsee.

Discover the ancient ways of the everyday working life of mountain farmers at the annual “Zaunringbraten” on the Feldpannalm, where spruce branches are worked into rings over an open fire, and visit the new cheese dairy (June).

This tour leads from the small town of Döbriach am Millstätter See via the “Glanz” pass road uphill to the little town of Gschriet. From here you will reach the Bergfried guest house with the Sternenbalkon viewing platform and a breathtaking view of Lake Millstätter See and the Nockberge Mountains. Then a woodland and forest path with a short demanding trail takes you to the Thurnerhof/Untertweng. Cycle back via Radenthein towards Döbriach along the path beside the stream, with some passages requiring good technique. Find a pleasant opportunity of cooling off in between on the “Kneipp Panorama Circular Trail” or dig out your own garnet gemstone from the “Granatium” demonstration mine in Radenthein.

The tour starts at the Tourist Office in Bad Kleinkirchheim, then passes the Waldtratte and crosses a mountain ridge onto the Strohsack (1,904 m). From here you ride across the Maibrunn into the Feldpannalm with several alpine lodges offering food and drink and a cheese dairy. Continue around the mountain via Obertweng and along the Tweng brook back to the starting point. Relaxation is on hand after this tour in the wellness facilities of the thermal spas or hotels.
