Enjoy the Mediterranean climate by the lake in the natural green surroundings of Feld am See. Lake Brennsee has been awarded a first-class water quality seal by the State of Carinthia and in summer it reaches a pleasantly warm 25 °C.
In winter, it is covered by a 40-cm-thick layer of ice, perfect for ice skating, cross-country skiing and games of ice hockey.
The Nockberge Mountains are ideal for hiking tours up to the rustic alpine huts or for breathing in fresh mountain air on a bike tour.
