Booking conditions

Reservation
A binding reservation can only take place following the transfer of a deposit of € 100,- per person. For families we request a deposit of € 400,- for your stay. You can either pay by direct debit or by credit cards.

If you want to charge your credit card, please tell us your details and we are going to deduct the agreed amount. As soon as we’ve received your deposit, your booking can be finalized.

Cancellation

  • If the stay is cancelled more than 6 weeks before your arrival, no cancellation fees apply.
  • If the stay is cancelled between 2 -6 weeks before your arrival, we are forced to charge 50% of your reservation.
  • Cancellations made on shorter notice, 90% of your reservation costs remain in our hands.
  • For late arrival or premature departure, the room price will be calculated without meals.

Meals
No reduction is given for meals not consumed (e.g. lunch).

Dogs
We charge Euro 12,- per day for dogs (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the peak season ( 13.7. - 17.8.).

Local tax & contribution to "Sonnenschein Card"
Our local tax & contribution to "Sonnenschein Card" is € 3,30 per person/day (from 17 years) and is not included in the room rate.
Payment
We accept cash, debit card or credit cards (VISA - EURO/MASTER-CARD).

Travel cancellation insurance & guarantee
Very often things don´t turn out the way you expect: the booked holiday can´t take place or needs to be shortened. Additionally to the disappointment there are cancellation costs or you can´t make use of already payed and booked services. These financial disadvantages and the trouble attached to it we want to avoid for your own good.

We gladly cover a travel insurance for you with your booking. We calculate your personal premium let the policy be sent to you after the retention of the insurance premium. If you intend to cover insurance on your own, you can do it here.
