What is this all about?
By registering as a guest club member you enjoy exclusive regular guests offers, special services, and package deals.
In addition, you get 3% of your stay credited in the form of "Brennpoints". Brennpoints are the in-house currency for regular guests and are converted 1:10 (1 Euro is equal to 10 Brennpoints).
Log in with the required data to immediately have access to your account and your points.

What can I use the Brennpoints for?
Members can use their Brennpoints for a discounted future hotel stay or exchange them for a value voucher to treat themselves or friends. It is possible to redeem the points for additional services such as wellness treatments or gift vouchers for our hotel shop. Please note that the Brennpoints cannot be used for paying discounted group rates on departure.

When and how do I receive Brennpoints?
Immediately after registration you have a starting bonus available on your account.
Points equaling 3% of the total amount of your stay, will be automatically credited to your account after departure. Brennpoints can also be collected for recommendations to friends/acquaintances, on your birthday and by filling out the feedback questionnaire after your stay.
