2-Lakes Tour for Families

Those looking for a leisurely way of exploring the region on a family-friendly ride will love the cycle path from Feld am See to Lake Afritzer See (around 4km). Starting point is Feld am See. Proceed on the eastern shore of Lake Brennsee along the quiet tarmac road all the way to the end of the lake. From here, follow the technically challenging forest path high above Lake Afritzer See to the end of the lake. The ride back leads along the lake shore via Erlach to Feld am See.

Seental Cycle Path

Newly built in 2022, the Seental-Radweg leads directly from the hotel to Seeboden at Lake Millstätter See. Idyllic rest stops complete this family-friendly cycle path which perfectly connects the lakes Brennsee and Millstätter See. Those with enough energy left, circle Lake Millstätter See.

Feldpannalm Tour

The nock/bike introductory circular route for ambitious and expert bikers starts directly behind the resort. The first section gets steep pretty quickly as you follow the tarmac road up the mountain before continuing along a gravel path towards Feldpannalm. The route back to the valley follows the scenic Bachtrail.

Klamberg Tour

From Feld am See follow the tarmac road up towards Obertweng/Bad Kleinkirchheim until you reach a gravel path. At the fork continue on the hiking trail leading back down to Feld am See.

Kärnten-Wasserreich Tour

Starting in the charming village of Feld am See, this 25 km tour leads along a brook and small waterfalls to Feldpannalm. From here, continue on largely paved gravel trails via the "Maibrunn" hilltop to Bad Kleinkirchheim. This nock/bike loop tour is demanding and requires stamina.

Tour to the Balcony of Stars above Lake Millstättersee

This tour leads from the hotel to the village center of Döbriach at Lake Millstätter See. Continue along the steep "Glanz" pass road to Gschriet. At the Balcony of Stars viewing platform next to Gasthof Bergfried you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views over Lake Millstätter See and the Nockberge mountains.

Flow Country Trail Bad Kleinkirchheim

Surrounded by a unique natural mountain and lake scenery, this 15 kilometer trail is great fun for riders of all ages and abilities. The descend comprises around 1,000 vertical meters with an average gradient of 8 %. There is a point alont the route where you can leave the trail and head straight to Feld am See.

Alter Almweg Trail

Very attractive trail leading from the mountain to the lake with fantastic panoramic views. It starts at the top of the Kaiserburg cable car mountain station and the combination of flow trail & natural traverses with finish at the lake is an absolute highlight.
